Los Niños Primero is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We confirm that no goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.

Important Notes for Donors:

  • Please retain this letter for your tax records as confirmation of your gift.
  • Los Niños Primero retains discretion over the use of donated funds.
  • Donor preferences will be honored whenever provided.
  • IRA contributions count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for the year in which they are made but are NOT reported as taxable income to the IRS.
